Harvey I. Goldstein is of counsel to Goldman Schafer & Spear P.C. and has practiced with it and its predecessor firm, for over 30 years. Mr. Goldstein has extensive experience in business transactions, securities law, corporation law, tax law, estate planning and administration and real estate law.

Mr. Goldstein is familiar with prospectuses and the financial implications of securities offerings, as well as disclosures, risk factors and other due diligence issues.

Before commencing his legal practice, Mr. Goldstein did tax work, worked as a securities analyst, and taught college courses on Accounting, Economics, and Management.

Mr. Goldstein is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton School) where he received his B.S. in 1963, and he received his J.D. at Harvard Law School in 1966.
